Hilltopper Haikus

Haikus are used to capture moments and impart little ideas on their readers. These haikus offer tiny bits of Hilltopper wisdom.
Drawings and paintings of figure studies by Henderson senior Jessica Crafton, Bardstown junior Cassie Kulig, Taipei, Taiwan senior Vincent Liu, Chicago junior Jianna Mirabelli, and Clarksville, Tenn. junior Cassidy Johnson lay on the floor of the painting studio in the Fine Arts Center on Saturday, April 11. These pieces were completed as part of coursework for drawing and painting classes during the spring 2015 semester. Figure sessions are sponsored by the art department. Both in-class and open sessions are held throughout the semester to help students and other artists in the community practice their skills.
