The Bob Kirby Branch of the Warren County Public Library hosted “Clowning is Serious Business! April Fools Clowning Hour” on Wednesday, April 1. According to their website, people of all ages were welcome to participate in the event, which included clown makeup application and crafts such as felt hats, flowers and collars.
