A major winter storm swept through the Ohio River Valley from Saturday, Jan. 24 to Monday, Jan. 26, coating the region with snow, sleet and ice, according to the National Weather Service. WKU announced Sunday morning that classes would be closed Monday, Jan. 26, and Tuesday, Jan. 27, “due to winter weather.”

The frigid temperatures didn’t put a freeze on campus fun, though. Talisman photographers Brodie Curtsinger, Dominic Di Palermo, Megan Geisler and Ella Oakley braved the frosty weather to capture some winter fun across campus!

You want to go wrestle, you want to go sled, ski on some trash bags, go ahead. Do whatever you want.” (Photo by Brodie Curtsinger)
