Megan Whitaker has been rowdy since birth. The WKU alumna and professional thrifter can be found on any day of the week combing through the racks of thrift stores all over Bowling Green. A Kentuckian from Bremen with the heart of an Arizonian, Whitaker’s online store “The Rowdy Coyote” is a hand-picked collection of clothing and jewelry inspired by the American southwest. In addition to her Instagram (and forthcoming Etsy account), Whitaker sets up shop at local festivals such as Tidball’s Live on the Lot and Smiths Grove Days festival. Watch the video below by Talisman videographer Chris Kohley to hear Whitaker’s keys to mastering the art of thrifting.
